1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using aura-beautylounge.com (the "Website") and utilizing services provided by Aura Beauty Lounge, located at Marina Promenade, Lusail City, Qatar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Website or services.

2. Service Bookings and Cancellations

All service bookings are subject to availability. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our services are listed on our Services page and are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and local payment methods as indicated at our salon. All transactions are in QAR (Qatari Riyals).

5. Intellectual Property
